The Classic MA1 Jacket

The 1960s mods and skinheads would wear the mod bomber jacket over tucked in t-shirts, cuffed skinny denim, and other military-inspired gear such as the fishtail parka. It was a clean but bold look separating them apart. The difference being the mods gravitate to jackets with a bit more style.

The style would never have been approved for military use, but the use of distinctive colours - burgundy or orange - made them distinctly different to the jackets from earlier fashion eras. This 1960s aesthetic would set the rebels apart from the onlookers, clearly distinct and clearly different.

Let's be honest. The MA-1 bomber jacket is, by no means a trendy piece but more of an essential for the bold. This MA-1 men's bomber jacket is truly something to be worn by the rebels that wish to make statements rather than follow the crowd.
